- Advice on Oil and Gas Law and legislation relating to liquid fuels
- Advice on Energy Law
- Advice on Environmental, Health and Safety Law including mine health and safety requirements and SHE compliance/performance audits
- Liaising with relevant governmental departments within the mineral resources and energy sectors
- Regulatory Matters in relation to the mineral resources and energy sectors, including BEE legislation
- Transactional Work including due diligence investigations regarding natural resources projects, drafting of commercial contracts, drafting of SLPs
- Legal opinions & litigation in respect of the above
- Environmental legal compliance audit
- Drafting of all relevant contract in the mineral resources, natural resources and energy sectors
