Irvin joined the firm in January 2014 as a candidate attorney in the litigation department thereafter rotating to the firm’s Property and commercial departments. Irvin was admitted as an attorney in January 2016 and is now a director in the firm’s corporate and commercial department. Since joining the firm, he has obtained extensive experience having completed over 80 due diligence investigations, advising on corporate governance issues, drafting of commercial contracts, commercial litigation, mining law, insolvency law, Public Private Partnerships (“PPP’s”).
